Terms of Service
Last updated: June 23, 2026
These terms are a contract between you and Wuf Labs LLC, doing business as Webtag (“Webtag,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the Webtag browser extension and website. By creating an account or using Webtag, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
The service
Webtag lets you annotate web pages and hand the feedback to Claude, and—when signed in—sync and share those annotations within a private workspace. We may change, add, or remove features over time.
Your account
You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least 16 to use Webtag. Provide accurate information and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Webtag to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or harass anyone;
- attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service or other users’ data;
- resell or redistribute the service without our permission;
- upload content you don’t have the right to use.
Your annotations are your own notes; you’re responsible for what you write and share with your team.
Plans, billing & renewals
Paid plans (Team and Enterprise) are billed in advance on a recurring basis—monthly or annually—through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automaticallyuntil you cancel. Per-seat plans are billed by the number of members in the workspace. Prices may change; we’ll give notice before a change affects your renewal. You’re responsible for any applicable taxes.
Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel anytime from Manage billinginside the extension (the Stripe customer portal). When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period and then reverts to Free—we don’t delete your data. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we don’t provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
Your content
You keep all rights to your annotations and notes. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display them to you and your workspace members so we can provide the service. We don’t sell your content or use it to train models.
Our intellectual property
Webtag, including its software, branding, and website, belongs to us. These terms don’t give you any rights to our trademarks or to the software beyond using the service as intended.
Disclaimers
Webtag is provided “as is”without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will fit a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Termination
You can stop using Webtag and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections meant to survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) continue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Webtag evolves. We’ll change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice in the product or by email. Continuing to use Webtag after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
